Trim the wick to 6mm (1/4") before each use or once the candle has cooled.
Never trim a candle while it’s burning.
Dispose of wick trimmings in the trash, ensuring they’re not left in the candle jar.
Keep the wick centered and away from the jar’s edges.
Let the wax melt fully to the edges during each burn to avoid tunneling.

Because candles involve an open flame, we recommend these safety measures:
Never leave a burning candle unattended, in a drafty area, or within reach of children or pets.
Limit burns to no more than 4 hours at a time.
Ensure the wick remains straight and doesn’t curl over, which can cause an unusually large flame.
Stop burning your candle when 1/4" of wax remains.
Avoid moving or handling a candle while it’s burning or immediately after extinguishing it.
Always protect the surface beneath your candle, regardless of the material.
